This archive contains an installation package for the MS-DOS game The Need for Speed. The installer allows the game to be installed on modern Windows operating systems and runs the game by using DOSBox which is configured within the package. An installation guide and instruction manual are also included. Alternatively, a source archive is included which contains the original files/disk image(s) Files can be extracted from the 7z archive by using 7-Zip, from: https://7-zip.org/ This game is no longer commercially available and is considered abandonware at this time. Tested on Windows 11.
